At LINDA FARROW, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury eyewear; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear in its original branded protective case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included in the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier collection through the DHL website or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to complete the return process.
